	Alexandra Cavasin Alexandra Cavasin joined the Insurance Council in 2021 and is the Manager of Practice and Quality Assurance. Alexandra manages the day-to-day operations of the Practice and Quality Assurance department and brings over 20 years of insurance industry experience to her role, having held various industry and leadership positions during this time. Her team at the Insurance Council enhances public protection and provides support to licensees through proactive practice and regulatory guidance, handling inquiries and complaint intake, undertaking licensee practice audits and compliance audits, and by acting as subject matter experts internally and externally to help guide and inform regulatory practices.
