CE Credits For BC, SK, ON & Eastern Canada Advisors - You will receive CE credits for attending the live seminar or Live Web presentations, and you will also receive access after the sessions that will allow you to complete up to 15 or 30 CE credits by accessing our Online Course Catalogue depending on the option you choose.

CE Credits For AB & MB Resident Advisors - You will receive CE credits for attending the live seminar or Live Web presentations, and you will also receive access after the sessions that will allow you to complete up to 15 or 30 CE credits by accessing our Online Course Catalogue depending on the option you choose.

If the particular seminar or Live Webinar that you are interested in attending is approved for these Provinces, the ID# will be listed at the top of the agenda page, or in the marketing materials that you receive. 

CE Credits For QC Resident Advisors - You will not receive any PDUs for attending, but you will have access to complete up to 15 or 30 CE credits by accessing our QC Approved PDUs 

What's Included with my Live Web Presentation registration?

For all the Live Web presentations, you will be sent the access link prior to the webinar. If you do not have it by the day of the webinar, please check your junk box or email help@pro-seminars.com and let us know.

After the Live Web presentation is completed, you will be given access to complete up to 15 CE credits by accessing our Online Course Catalogue unless notified differently in the marketing materials. 

When do I pay?

All payments are due immediately upon registration. All seminar and Live Web charges are processed manually, so if you do not see it right away, don’t panic, as you will be charged.

Hey! The agenda's empty, or not quite full! What is up with that?

We ALWAYS have a full agenda so do not be concerned if some spots are not filled in on the agenda you are looking at, as they will be as soon as we update the web site. You can click on any agenda and get a feeling for what you will hear at the seminar that you want to attend.

Did I register? I can't remember can you confirm that for me?

Yes we can confirm your registration - please send an e mail to help@pro-seminars.com and we will give you a prompt reply.

I have not received my certificate yet, how do I contact you to get it?

This could happen if the e mail address we have on file for you is invalid. If you do not receive your CE certificate, email help@pro-seminars.com and we will send it to you again.

ONLINE SELF STUDY COURSE QUESTIONS

We are now using a new and improved Online CE system to make it easier for you. 

Here is how it Works in a Few Easy Steps  

If you have not created an account with us, you will not be able to access the courses.  

You will now register for an account with Pro-Seminars here - Set up a New Online CE account. You will pick your own password and you can change it anytime you want to. We DO not have access to your password.  

You will put in the number of CE hours that you require along with all your payment information. If your credit card is approved, you will have immediate access to the courses.  

If you decide to E-transfer your payment, or send us a cheque, you will not have access to the hours you purchased until the payment is received by Pro-Seminars. 

If you do not already have an account with us, you will need to create one here - Online CE Course Account Set Up & Log In. If you have not created an account, you will be asked to set one up.

Note: If you have ALREADY registered for a Pro-Seminar account, your login information will remain active and there is no need to re-register. If you require assistance with your account at any time, please email Pro-Seminars IT for help.

Benefits of Doing Your CE Credits with Pro-Seminars On Our New System

• You can check to see what courses you have completed.

• If you need to print another Certificate for an audit, or for your files, you can do that in our system any time as well.

• You can print another receipt if you need it.

If I don't pass the test is there a charge for taking a course again?

If you do not attain a mark of 70% (after reading the material) or better on your first try at the test just do it again there is NO charge to re-do the test.

I had to stop and close my test, what happened to my answers?

If you do not totally complete the test when you start it and print your certificate you will need to start over again by logging into your course and clicking on the online test button. In other words, if you start your test make sure you complete it and make sure you are hooked up to a printer to print your certificate.

Can I start and stop then go back into my course later?

You can go in and out of the courses as often as you like once you log back in.

I tried to log into the course, but the Policeman comes up asking me for more money?

This is a sign that you are probably not entering your username or password correctly or you have used up all your CE credit hours.
