Mike is the Founder and President of X5 Management Inc; an
Edmonton, Alberta based consulting company which focuses on
maximizing sales performance through coaching and mentoring.
Mike offers sales advice, focusing on a proven and structured
sales management approach, as well as customized presentations
to suit any organizations unique needs.
He is a
Fellow of The Institute of Canadian Bankers and a Past-President
of the Rotary Club of Edmonton Mayfield and has received two
“Above and Beyond” awards for his contribution to club
projects. Mike served as Area Governor for Toastmasters
International, in Edmonton from 2008 - 09, and has obtained an
Advanced Toastmasters designation.
Armed with an MBA and over 20 years experience in sales
management, Mike has provided countless sales teams with the
tools necessary to meet their sales goals and grow their
business. Major corporations such as Manulife Bank, CIBC and
Foresters Insurance have benefited from Mike’s leadership
abilities and systematic approach to Sales Management. During
his time as Managing Partner of Alberta Land and Investment
Brokers, Mike was a leading sales person, as well as a coach to
the company’s other Representatives. Through his assistance and
support,
Reps. made real improvements in
their sales output. Alberta Land and Investment Brokers
experienced 1,596% growth in revenues, and this impressive
performance earned them a 1st place ranking on
