Use this opportunity to let your Associates and prospects know that you are
presenting at the 2025 24th Annual National Advisors Conference.
We are offering the opportunity to purchase blocks of 10
tickets for the conference to distribute to your associates
for only $3777.00. These must be paid for at once.
That is a savings of $100 off the regular cost of admission
per ticket.
Consider giving these tickets out to your Associates for a
job well done and help increase the conference attendance.
Important Company / Presenter meeting
This year we will be holding a presenter meeting on Sunday September 14,
2025, at 2 pm in the Tuscany Suites & Casino main lobby. We will address
many issues that will ensure a great conference for all concerned.
This is a must attend meeting for first time and seasonal
presenters.

Miscellaneous IMPORTANT Presentation Information

You MUST arrive at the Florentine ABC room at least 20 minutes prior to your presentation so that we can get you
wired for sound. -
All presentations will be a maximum of 50 minutes in length.

All presentations must start and end on time. -

If you are planning to hand out materials during your presentation, please
ensure that you bring enough handouts for all attendees. We will keep you
informed of the conference numbers as we get closer.
When will the door prizes be given out?
All door prizes will be given out during the conference main stage
presentations. Please ensure that a representative of your company is
available to draw your corporate door prize.
Please give your door prize to the MC prior to your
presentation.
If your sponsorship does not provide a main stage speaking
opportunity, please see the MC to determine when your door
prize will be given out. You will also be given the
opportunity to provide a short 3 minute “elevator” speech to
describe your company and what you do.
All attendees will have received a door prize draw ticket in
their registration packages.
What are the exhibit days and times?
The booth exhibits will be located around the perimeter of
the Florentine ABC rooms.
The booth exhibits will be available each day from 7:00 am –
7:40 am, and during any breaks between the presentations as
we get set up for the next presenter.
Please ensure that your booths are staffed and ready to go.
If you cannot staff your booth, please let us know in
advance and we will not set a booth exhibit area up for you.
When can I set-up and take-down
my exhibit?
Set-up:
Sunday September 14,
2025 – 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm
Take-down:
Wednesday September 17, 2025 – 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm
As a courtesy to all
attendees, we kindly request that you refrain from
dismantling your exhibitor booth until after the final
presentation.
Please plan to stay
until the last session concludes at 1:00 pm on Wednesday
September 17, 2025.
Where and when do I ship my freight?
All literature can be given out at your booths / tables at the exhibit. We
will be putting any of your corporate giveaways such as pens, pads, magnets,
fans, shirts, books etc into the Delegate bags for you provided it
arrives at the hotel no
later than Friday September 12th, 2025.
All freight should be ADDRESSED AND SHIPPED to:

Label with your name AND C/O Pro-Seminars
conference September 15-17, 2025. We have found in the past
that if you label your material as “Conference Educational
Materials” they tend to clear customs quicker.
When you
arrive at the hotel check with the Bell Captain as there
may be
a handing
charge for all materials shipped to the hotel that must be
paid.
How
do you register for exhibitor badges for your Associates?
Each exhibitor will receive a reasonable amount of
complimentary full conference registrations for their
Associates to assist at the exhibit and conference. If your
company requires more than the allotted conference
registrations, those individuals will need to be registered
for the conference and a fee of $299 per registration will
apply.
ALL exhibitor personnel must register for an exhibitor badge
by August 1, 2025

How
do I submit my free listing for the Conference program?
Your Sponsorship level will determine the size of the advertisement that
will be included in the 2025 Conference Program.
Emerald - One
full page advertisement (4 3/4" wide x 7 3/4" tall) in conference
program, with priority placement on inside front or back cover of
program
Diamond – Three-quarter page advertisement (4 ¾" wide x
5.0" tall) in conference program.
Platinum - One half page
advertisement (4 ¾" wide x 3.875" tall) in conference program.
Gold - One quarter page advertisement (4 ¾" wide x 1.93" tall) in
conference program.
Silver - One eighth page advertisement (2.37"
wide x 1.75" tall) in conference program.
Bronze (Exhibitor
Only) - One eighth page advertisement (2.0" wide x 1.5" tall) in conference
program.
Please note – All
advertisements are to be sent to us NO LATER than August
26, 2025
How can I promote my
presence at the 2025 24th Annual National Advisors
Conference
We recommend that each sponsoring company promote their
presence at this conference. This can be achieved in a
couple of ways. Each of you will receive the
advertising piece to send out to the Advisors that you
currently do business with.
This user friendly
advertisement can be sent to your advisor database by
email.
We encourage you to use all your social
media such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn to promote
this conference.
Some companies have held mini
contests/promotions so that their Associates can qualify
to attend the conference. Speak to us about the
reduced conference registration cost when you are
sending 10 or more advisors.
Each sponsorship
level is entitled to a certain number of VIP
complimentary conference registrations for you to give
out to your producers. In order to qualify for these
VIP passes, the recipient must stay onsite at the
Tuscany Suites.
Emerald – 5 VIP Passes
Diamond
– 4 VIP Passes
Platinum – 3 VIP Passes
Gold – 2 VIP Passes
Silver – 1 VIP Pass
Bronze – 1 VIP Pass
In the event that you cancel your participation:
Before April 30, 2025 – 50% of any
sponsorship money paid is forfeited. Between May 1, 2025 –
June 15, 2025 – 75% of any sponsorship money paid is forfeited.
After June 15, 2025 – 100% of any sponsorship money paid is
forfeited.
If Pro-Seminars needs to cancel the conference, you will be
refunded any sponsorship monies that you have paid.
