Please Note - Effective June 1, 2023 - The Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) is the new regulatory body for the former Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada and Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada. NEW CE CREDITS REQUIRED - Mutual Funds Dealer Association (MFDA) Please note - Pro-Seminars is an Approved provider of CE credits for MFDA. Cycle 2 - December 1, 2023 and ending November 30, 2025. Under the NEW Continuing Education (CE) program, MFDA advisors must earn 30 CE credits within each two-year cycle. These credits comprise 8 business conduct credits (including ethics), 20 professional development credits and 2 MFDA-created compliance credits.Important note re Business Conduct CE credits - For each cycle where a Participant is required to obtain at least 8 Business Conduct Credits, a minimum of 1 and maximum of 2 credits must be content relating to ethics. Each of the below courses have Life &/or A&S CE credits included with it as well.
