Cycle 3 - December 1, 2025 and ending
November 30, 2027. Under the NEW Continuing Education (CE)
program, MFDA advisors must earn 30 CE credits within each
two-year cycle. These credits comprise 8 business conduct
credits (including ethics), 20 professional development
credits and 2 MFDA-created compliance credits.
Important note re Business Conduct CE credits - For
each cycle where a Participant is required to obtain at
least 8 Business Conduct Credits, a minimum of 1 and
maximum
of 2 credits must be content relating to ethics.
